Roth radial press connection

one system for all applications

Inseparable and permanently tight connections

With the Roth radial press connection technology, you can create permanently secure connections between Roth Alu-Laserplus system pipes and Roth fittings in a matter of seconds. The various dimensions of Roth Alu-Laserplus system pipes can be processed with Roth fitting components by simply exchanging press jaws or press loops on the Roth battery-powered press tool and on the Roth electric press tool.

The Roth connection technology is based on a circumferential, uniform radial pressing. It ensures a secure positive and non-positive connection between the fitting and the Roth system pipes. This radial press connection technology is used for installations of Roth pipe installation systems and Roth radiant heating and cooling systems.

Shaping leads to secure connection

The shaping of the press sleeve and combi-ring of Roth fittings has a special guide aid that enables ideal and secure positioning of the press jaw (no slipping possible) and thus leads to a secure press connection. The pressing jaws are simply placed between the combi-ring on the fitting and the sleeve crimp. Press, done!

  • press connections that can be undone in seconds
  • handy, user-friendly Roth tools
  • installations from the heat generator to the heating circuit distributor or radiator
  • installations from the water meter to the tapping point

Universally in use

Roth connection technology can be used to carry out all installations of Roth pipe installation systems and Roth radiant heating and cooling systems. This creates secure non-positive connections with regard to torsional and tensile loads as well as temperature changes and pressure surge loads. Roth connection technology is the standard-compliant and optimal solution for all connections and joints that are no longer accessible after installation, such as connection and joint parts integrated in the wall, ceiling and floor construction.

The Roth press connection technique is optimally matched to the Roth Alu-Laserplus system pipes - a radial, evenly circumferential press profile is created. Only one set of press jaws is needed to press the Roth Alu-Laserplus system pipes. Since the connections are made cold, i.e. without welding, soldering or heating, fires are safely avoided.

Guaranteed good

Roth offers extensive manufacturer's warranties when using Roth connection technology and in combination with Roth components (Roth system pipe and Roth fitting).

The new press generation ACO 203 Bluetooth

The latest generation of the Roth ACO 203 Bluetooth pressing tool uses an efficient electric drive with a powerful 18 volt lithium-ion battery. The handy and compact housing is equipped with LED pressing point lighting to increase convenience and its ergonomic shape allows almost one-handed operation. Tight pressing points and installation situations are easily accessible with the 180° rotatable head. Roth PressCheck fittings up to 63 mm are pressed precisely and quickly. The lithium-ion battery used allows a high number of pressings as well as a short charging time. The maintenance requirement for the entire device has been significantly reduced.

Roth ACO 103 Bluetooth pressing tool - a new benchmark in pressing technology

Low weight and small dimensions characterise the user-friendly Roth ACO 103 Bluetooth pressing tool for making non-detachable press connections. Even tight pressing points and installation situations are easily accessible with the handy tool and the 180° rotatable head. The small pressing tool has an ergonomic design and allows true one-handed operation for press connections up to 32 mm. The retaining pin lock always guarantees the perfect fit of the pressing jaw. The 12 volt lithium-ion battery combines a high capacity of crimps with a short charging time. The charge level of the battery can be read on the integrated LED display.

Securely connected via Bluetooth

With the implemented Bluetooth radio module of the pressing tools ACO 203 and ACO 103, data is transmitted to the NovoCheck app on the smartphone. This allows the device status to be checked and the pressing device performance to be evaluated. An integrated report function can be used to create a construction site documentation of the pressings of the installation.
