Roth AuraUnit hot water heat pumps

Environmentally friendly water heating particularly efficient

Hot water heat pumps use the free energy from the room air to heat water - the ideal addition to any heating system. Inside the heat pump, the warm air is delivered to the coolant, compressed with the support of a compressor, and then heated via a heat exchanger to provide domestic hot water in an integrated storage tank. The hot water heat pumps operate in recirculation mode and thus use the thermal energy of the ambient air. The cooled air is then released back into the room - no emissions are produced. In particular, boiler rooms, storage rooms or the laundry room can be used in an energy-efficient manner in this way, and also ensure that the rooms are dehumidified.

Simply set up and save energy

The compact Roth AuraUnit TW 250 and Roth AuraUnit TW 330 PV hot water heat pumps are ready to plug in and can be installed in next to no time. In addition to a power connection, all that is required is a central hot and cold water line. A water drain must also be provided for the condensate produced. The installation site should be frost-free and have year-round temperatures of at least 10 degrees Celsius.
Decoupling the water heating system from the heating system also has the advantage that the central heat generator can be switched off completely outside the heating season. Energy is saved in the long term.

  • ideal complement for any heating system
  • energy efficient and environmentally friendly
  • quick and easy installation

Hygienically fit and PV-ready

The energy-efficient hot water heat pumps are quiet in operation and are suitable for new build as well as for retrofitting in detached and semi-detached houses. With the Roth AuraUnit TW 250 and the Roth AuraUnit TW 330 PV, the storable hot water volume easily supplies a family of four - cost-effectively and environmentally friendly.

Roth hot water heat pumps offer all the prerequisites for optimum hygiene standards. With heating outputs of 1.68 kW and 2.18 kW, the AuraUnit models realise hot water temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius at any time without the support of an electric heater in pure heat pump operation, thus ensuring legionella protection. The Roth AuraUnit TW 330 PV model is smart-grid and photovoltaic compatible.
