The DWT plus 3 is tightly sealed using Roth's Steel-meltpress process. A leakage probe allows safety monitoring of the space between the tanks. The leakage-monitored metal shell makes the DWT plus 3 truly double-walled all around. The PE inner tank and the steel outer tank, which is tightly sealed all around, are tightly and firmly connected in the area of the tank nozzles. The TÜV has confirmed the DWT plus 3 quality based on the Steel-meltpress-process. The unique DWT plus 3 quality features stand for highest safety and living quality:
Roth rounds off the plus 3 quality features with a 15-year warranty based on many years of experience with this type of tank.
Roth is meeting the requirements of the future use of renewable raw materials for heating purposes. Biogenic liquids are a natural product and have a significantly lower storage stability compared to mineral heating oil, which is particularly influenced by light, temperature and air exchange. The Roth DWT plus 3 is particularly suitable for storing heating oil with biogenic components due to its opaque and diffusion-tight outer shell.
Roth offers the tried-and-tested plastic filling system Füllstar for this purpose, which can already be used in its standard version (from 2012) for:
(1) Füllstar-System
No tools other than your hands are needed to install the handful of parts.
(2) Fire protection
Fire protection according to 90-minute fire test at MPA, Dortmund. 3x safety time compared to standard fire test.
(3) Diffusion protection
Permanent odor absorption due to the all-round tightly sealed metal encapsulation. Steel ensures absolute diffusion protection due to its material properties.
(4) Suitability "Bio" fuel oil
Particularly suitable for the storage of standard fuel oils and fuel oils with biogenic components.
(5) Corrosion protection
Material-friendly flanging, the steel-meltpress process and full galvanizing with high-quality polymer sealing ensure optimum corrosion protection that has been tried and tested in practice over decades.
(6) Easy Handling
Easy to carry and assemble with 2 people. Front-mounted handles and the loosely supplied base simplify the insertion.
Roth offers the exceptionally low DWT plus 3 750 l. It is particularly suitable for renovation in low basements. Compared to its "siblings", it saves around a quarter of the tank height. Thanks to its slim design, the DWT plus 3 takes narrow doors and tight spaces in its stride. The dimensions of the new DWT plus 3 750 l make it expressly suitable for renovation projects.
DWT plus 3 750 l - minimum height, maximum benefit
Dirty surfaces not only leave an unsightly impression, but in some cases can even impair the function. A combination protection of durable full galvanization and a high-quality polymer layer seals the Roth DWT plus 3 premium tank in such a way that dirt and fingerprints do not adhere in the first place (anti-fingerprint effect).
Even though the original Roth DWT plus 3 scores points primarily because of its unique plus 3 quality features for maximum safety and living quality, the design is becoming more and more of a purchasing criterion due to other uses of the basement rooms. The new polymer sealant gives the original Roth DWT plus 3 a modern metallic design. It goes well with modern boilers and is an eye-catcher at any installation site.
In conjunction with the Roth anchoring system, the Roth DWT plus 3 is securely anchored in the ground against uplift using 4 lashing straps.
The anchoring system can be easily retrofitted to an existing DWT plus 3 container system (General Building Inspectorate Approval (AbZ) Z-40.21-364).
The DWT plus 3 thus represents an economical solution for use in flood-prone areas, as no additional structural reinforcements of the tank are required. The accessories are designed for tanks with 750 l and 1000 l nominal capacity in row installation up to a maximum of 5 tanks as well as for single L installation up to 7 tanks.
