Roth adapts services to coronavirus situation
Christin Roth-Jäger, Managing Director of Roth Werke, explains: "Right now it is especially important to be there for our customers. We are relying more heavily on our marketing services including digital media with online training and video conferences. We also have a hotline at our company headquarters. Our RIA service app allows HVAC trade specialists to carry out on-site planning of radiant heating and cooling systems as well as heating oil tank systems. Our technical specialist consultants can also be contacted for chat or phone calls using this app. We now use digital media to communicate the new developments we would have presented in person to a large audience at regional trade fairs. Information in this regard can be found in the news section of our website, for example."
Roth is responsible for the health of customers and employees, which is why the company provides assistance for its partners in the specialist wholesale and HVAC trade both by phone and using digital media. Visits and service calls can be arranged as needed by prior telephone appointment. At the moment, the manufacturer is not experiencing production restrictions and continues to stock up warehouse inventories and closely monitor the supply chain. Roth does not currently anticipate delivery restrictions.
To ensure the protection of employees and to safeguard the business operation, production and delivery to customers, Roth has established a working group that reacts flexibly to new developments in the situation and issues instructions for action. In this way, production work is regulated and preventive safety measures are adopted for smooth operation. During its work, the team observes the general information provided by authorities and institutes.
