Three examinees among the best

They successfully completed their training in recent months and have now been officially recognised for their achievements: a total of eleven former trainees from various Roth companies received their examination certificates and bonuses during a ceremony in the Manfred Roth Atrium in Buchenau.

In times of great change, successful training graduates need not worry about their professional future, emphasised Michael Donges, Head of Human Resources at Roth Industries. "The demand for qualified specialists remains very high," said Donges. Numerous paths are now open to the young professionals: from a successful career in their chosen profession to attending a master craftsman or technician school, to further qualifications or a dual study programme, which three of the graduates will now begin at .


At the same time, Michael Donges expressed his gratitude to the specialist trainers at the Roth companies: "With their great commitment, they have contributed to the success of the training and the good exam results."

Together with managing partner Claus-Hinrich Roth, works council member Alex Busch and Lina Pitzer from the youth employee representative committee, he presented the graduates not only with their examination certificates, but also with information about bonus payments for particularly successful results. Three top results were achieved: Luca Kaiser (industrial clerk) and Dominik Weber (electronics technician) were honoured by the company and the Lahn-Dill Chamber of Industry and Commerce at the awards ceremony, as was Viola Elvira Krämer (process mechanic), who had already completed her training at Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben with top marks in the spring. 

At Roth Composite Machinery in Niedereisenhausen and Burgwald, Berna Culaydar (industrial clerk), Jonathan Detsch (industrial mechanic) and Dominik Weber (electronics technician) completed their training. 

At Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben, Tim Niklar Weber completed his training as a warehouse clerk. 

At Roth Werke in Buchenau, Damjan Canovic completed his training as a process mechanic. 

Robin Happel, Luca Kaiser and Annkatrin Kerd successfully passed their industrial clerk examinations. Calvin-Scott Thom and Finja Jacobi completed their training as warehouse logistics specialists. Paul Luis Stockhausen passed his electronics technician examination.
