Roth

One brand, many strengths

Showing environmental commitment in the company

Firm roots for innovations: What do environmental protection and resource conservation look like in everyday operations at Roth? How is sustainability practised in the development of products and in operational processes? These questions will be the focus of a factory tour offered by the Buchenau-based family business on Tuesday 1 July to mark the "Days of Industrial Culture in Central Hesse".

The "Days of Industrial Culture in Central Hesse" invite visitors to discover places and stories in the five districts of Central Hesse that were and still are formative for economic development.

The present, past and future of inventiveness, creativity and innovation take centre stage. The Roth family business, a global market leader in various sectors thanks to its continuous development, is putting its sustainability activities centre stage as part of these campaign days.

"As a medium-sized family business that is active worldwide, we are firmly anchored here in the region and live our corporate responsibility," says Christin Roth-Jäger, CEO of Roth Industries, "on this day we want to show how comprehensive, diverse and ambitious our climate protection programme is and how we contribute to greater energy efficiency and resource conservation with intelligent products and processes."

Visitors will be given an overview of the history of the Roth Group and its diverse divisions and expertise. A factory tour at the Buchenau site will focus on how Roth lives up to its ambitious environmental and climate protection goals in everyday operations: from waste heat utilisation to the development of products made entirely from recycled materials. The meeting point is on Tuesday, 1 July at 2.00 pm in the atrium (Am Seerain 2). After the factory tour, there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion, and the tour is scheduled to end at 4.00 pm. For operational reasons, the number of participants is limited to 25.
