Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control system

pioneering system technology

Using the storage power of concrete with Roth concrete core temperature control

Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control enables building temperature control for heating and cooling by integrating the water-bearing pipe system directly into solid concrete ceilings and wall components, thus utilising their storage capacity. New office and administrative buildings with large building storage masses are particularly well suited for Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control. Due to the low system temperatures in the heating mode and the relatively high system temperatures in the cooling mode, the Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control system can be excellently combined with regenerative energy generators such as heat pump systems. The Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control system is an energy-efficient, economical and future-oriented system technology for year-round building temperature control that also takes ecological considerations into account to a high degree.

Roth Isocore concrete core temperature control type high efficiency (HE)
The high-efficiency type is always used when high performance and a fast response time are required. Due to the laying close to the surface and the laying distance of 7.5 cm or 10 cm, both are given with this structure. The bottom reinforcement layer can be laid directly on the high-efficiency system.

Roth Isocore type basic (B) structural tempering system
The basic type is to be regarded as the standard system for concrete core temperature control. Here, a laying distance of 15 cm and a 20 mm system pipe are usually used. The height of the building core temperature control system is between 5 and 15 cm, depending on the slab thickness. However, the laying distance and the pipe dimension can be adapted to the specific object.
