23 new apprentices start at Roth - high chance of being taken on after training

Family-owned company welcomes the 2023 training cohort / Dual training offers a secure foundation for entering professional life
A new phase of life has begun for 23 young men and women with a lot of information and a joint breakfast: The Roth Industries companies welcomed the new 2023 training cohort at the company headquarters in Buchenau. At the festive reception in the Manfred Roth atrium, the management, personnel management, trainers, works council and youth/apprentice representatives gave the new apprentices good wishes for the road ahead - and encouraged the newcomers to ask questions and ask for support.

Human Resources Manager Michael Donges emphasised that dual training is more than ever a secure and forward-looking basis for professional life: "We are glad that you have chosen this path, which will open up many further perspectives for you after successful completion."

Among the 23 new apprentices at the Roth Industries companies are electronics technicians, warehouse specialists, industrial clerks, industrial mechanics, technical product designers and process mechanics. In the coming months and years, they will be working at the companies Roth Composite Machinery in Steffenberg and Burgwald, Roth Plastic Technology and Roth Werken in Dautphetal, and Roth Hydraulics in Biedenkopf. Regular trainee exchanges between the Roth companies ensure that the young people get to know the different companies with their special products, procedures and processes: "We are also able to provide our young people with special experiences through our international locations and our own trainee abroad programme "STAR"," said Managing Partner Claus-Hinrich Roth.

"The probability of being taken on as a skilled worker after the training period in the Roth Group is estimated at more than 90 percent from many years of experience," said Human Resources Manager Michael Donges.
